    • Per the Lincoln Township Planning Commission meeting that was held on September
    20, 2022, William Reese was given 60 days from September 2022 to complete the
    following:
    1. Blight, trash, debris, and vehicles to be removed from the property;
    and
    2. Existing garage structure and any foundations to be completely
    removed from the property; and
    3. Existing house structure shall be free and clear of all contents; and
    4. Upon completion of item number three, William Reese shall set up a
    site visit with Lincoln Township Building Inspector as a pre-building
    permit inspection to verify if the structure is repairable.
    • Actions 1-4 were not completed within the 60 days. Planning Commission is seeking
    a motion to move forward with recommending the subject property (house and
    garage) be demolished and all debris, blight, trash, and vehicles be removed from the
    property.
