About

Lincoln Township maintains one developed park, located adjacent to the Township Hall. The park covers approximately 10 acres and offers a mix of quiet wooded areas, large open space, and active recreation facilities.

Development

  • In 2013, Lincoln Township received a Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Grant to add several park features, all of which are now open and operational.
  • In 2018, the Township acquired an additional parcel on the north side of the park (Red Keg Court), providing another entry point and allowing access for future development.

Pavilion Rentals

The picnic pavilion may be rented by submitting a Rental Form to Karen Marks.

Facility Selection

Select the facilities you would like to rent. At least one facility must be selected.

Indoor hall rental - $75 residents / $100 non-residents

Add kitchen access - $50 additional

Kitchen rental is only available when renting the Hall

Outdoor pavilion rental - $50 residents / $75 non-residents

Terms and Conditions

Lincoln Township Facility Lease Agreement Terms:

  1. Lease fees vary by facility and residency status. A $100.00 damage deposit is required when the lease is signed.
  2. Fee and damage deposit must be paid on or before day of rental. Damage deposit refunded by mail within a week if no damage occurs.
  3. Lessee is responsible for cleaning the facility and removal of all trash.
  4. Lease is void if reassigned without written consent of lessor.
  5. Lincoln Township not responsible for loss/damage to personal property or personal injury not under their control.
  6. Lincoln Township not responsible for illegal/irresponsible acts by rental guests. Absolutely no alcohol and/or smoking allowed in Township facilities.
  7. Lessee must obtain all required licenses and comply with all local, state, and governmental regulations.
  8. For Hall rentals: Key must be picked up and returned the same day as the activity.
  9. Remove all decorations and tape by end of rental. Only masking tape or scotch tape allowed unless tack strips are present.
  10. Ensure guests do not park or block access to fire department garage doors. Vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.

This submission constitutes the applicant's request to lease Lincoln Township facilities at 1882 N Hope Rd for the date and purpose described above.
