The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sue Ensign, Reid Duford, Mark Thornton, Chris Clark, and Sheila Mesler were all present.
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to approve the agenda and supported by Reid Duford. Motion approved 5-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Mark Thornton to approve the minutes of the March 1, 2016 meeting. Motion approved 5-0.
Commission Comments
Sue Ensign said that the township is prepared to begin the process of updating the Master Plan. The commission will begin by reviewing the 2002 Master Plan.

New Business
TNT Dog Center requested a Site Plan Review for a 20’ x 56’ addition of an existing structure and a 16’ x 80’ mobile unit to be placed on the northern end of the property on parcel 56-110-035-400-075-00 at 7402 W Wackerly Road.
Reid Duford made a motion to approve the TNT Dog Center site plan request as stated in their application for “Land Use Certificate of Approval” #4493 and that the temporary 16’ x 80’ mobile unit shall be removed form said parcel immediately upon termination of permitted use. Sue Ensign supported the motion and was approved by a vote of 5-0.
