New Business
Site plan review for Mike Fountain for an Auto Repair Facility located at 246 Saginaw Rd. After discussion, Jamie Crockett made a motion to approve the site plan contingent on several issues:
- 1.)Wheel the distance from the center line of Saginaw Road to the forward most facing portion of the Moose Lodge. This was to ensure that the "shop" was placed no further to the North than the Moose Lodge with the goal of keeping the building faces aligned at the worst case scenario.
- 2.)Provide a drainage plan which adequately represents a drainage system to prevent shedding water on to the neighboring properties. These new detailed plans should be presented to and approved by Building Inspector, Henry Pnasek.
The motion was supported by Sue Ensign. Motion approved 4-0.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 pm. The next meeting is scheduled for June 4, 2019
