The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Vise Chairperson Sue Ensign at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sue Ensign, Jamie Crockett, Andrew Acker, and Reid Duford were present. Sheila Mesler and David Dauer were absent.
A motion was made by Andrew Acker to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Jamie Crockett and approved 4-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Andrew Acker to approve the minutes of the June 4, 2019 meeting. Motion approved 4-0.

Sue Ensign presented proposed playground improvements for 2-5 year-olds.

New Business
Site plan review for All Seasons Real Estate. Paul and Mark Kohtz provided a site plan for two new 30’x 200’ metal structures for mini storage to be constructed at 1819 E Airport Road. After discussion, Jamie Crockett made a motion to approve the site plan as provided contingent upon additional site dimensions, elevation notations, and site drainage to be added to the site plan. The motion was supported by Andrew Acker. Motion approved 4-0. In addition, the proposed sign dimensions exceed the Sign Ordinance for maximum size (80 square feet) and would require a public hearing with the ZBA for consideration of a variance.

A brief discussion of the current sign ordinance and possible future amendments to be made.
