The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson, Jamie Crockett at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Brett Fales, Andrew Acker, Jamie Crockett, and Reid Duford were present. David Dauer was absent.
A motion was made by Brett Fales approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Andrew Acker and approved 4-0.
A motion was made by Andrew Acker to approve the minutes of the July 2, 2024 meeting. The motion was supported by Reid Duford and approved 4-0.
New Business:
Site Plan Review for the proposed Taco Bell located on N Meridian Road. The property is located on a newly created parcel on the south side of the current McDonalds restaurant on the east side of N Meridian.
Representatives for the proposed new Taco Bell provided detailed architectural drawings of the proposed site plan for review. After a lengthy discussion, Brett Fales made a motion to approve the site plan as presented to the Planning Commission. The motion was supported by Reid Duford and approved by the Commission 4-0.
