The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sheila Mesler, Sue Ensign, Jamie Crockett (alternate), and Reid Duford were present. Andrew Acker and David Dauer were absent.
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Reid Duford and approved 3-0.
Motion by Sue Ensign and supported by Reid Duford to approve the minutes of the November 8, 2018 meeting. Motion approved 3-0.

Public Hearing: A public hearing was held for public input and Commission deliberation with regard to amendments to the Lincoln Township Zoning Ordinance that pertain to the parking or storage of recreational vehicles, utility trailers, and other such equipment within a residential district; outdoor storage containers as accessory buildings; roof-mounted on-site solar energy systems as accessory structures, and large-scale solar energy facilities.
A motion was made by Reid Duford to forward the Planning Commission recommended ordinance changes, as discussed, to the Township Board for final approval at the next regularly scheduled meeting on December 11, 2018. The motion was supported by Sue Ensign and approved 3-0.
