The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Vice Chairperson Sue Ensign at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sue Ensign, David Dauer, and Reid Duford were present. Sheila Mesler was absent and the Commission currently has one vacant member position.
A motion was made by Dave Dauer to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Sue Ensign and approved 3-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Dave Dauer to approve the minutes of the November 7, 2017 meeting. Motion approved 3-0.

New Business: Elect new Officers for Planning Commission Board 2018
Sue Ensign nominated Sheila Mesler as Chairperson with support from Reid Duford. Shelia was appointed by a vote 3-0.
Next, Reid Duford nominated Sue Ensign as Vice Chairperson with support of Dave Dauer. Sue was appointed by a vote of 3-0.
Lastly, Sue Ensign nominated Reid Duford as Secretary with support from Dave Dauer. Reid was appointed by a vote of 3-0.
