The virtual “Zoom” meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Andrew Acker at 6:37 pm.
Roll call was taken: Jamie Crockett, Andrew Acker, David Dauer, Brett Fales and Reid Duford were present.
A motion was made by Reid Duford to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by David Dauer and approved 5-0.
A motion by Reid Duford and supported by David Dauer to approve the minutes of the December 1, 2020 meeting. Motion approved 5-0.
Commission Comments: Jamie Crockett stated that for future virtual meetings there will be a link posted on the Lincoln Township webpage for public to access the “Zoom” meetings.
Public Comments: None
New Business:
- 1)Set meeting dates for 2021: March 2nd, May 4th, July 20th, September 7th and November 2nd dates were selected by the Commission. A motion was made by Reid Duford to approve these dates for the 2021 Planning Commission meeting schedule and to hold the meetings at 6:30 pm on each of the listed dates. Dave Dauer supported the motion and was approved 5-0.
- 2)Elect new Officers for Planning Commission Board 2021. Reid Duford nominated Jamie Crockett as Chairperson with support from Andy Acker. Jamie was appointed by a vote 5-0. Next, Reid Duford nominated Andy Acker as Vice Chairperson with support of Dave Dauer. Andy was appointed by a vote of 5-0. Lastly, Jamie Crockett nominated Reid Duford as Secretary with support from Andy Acker. Reid was appointed by a vote of 5-0.
- 3)David Dauer and Brett Fales will stay on as Planning Commission Members
