January 3, 2023
The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Jamie Crockett at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Jamie Crockett, Andrew Acker, Brett Fales, David Dauer, and Reid Duford were all present.
A motion was made by Dave Dauer to amend and approve the agenda to reflect the last meeting date of November 1, 2022. The motion was supported by Andrew Acker and approved 5-0.
A motion by Reid Duford and supported by David Dauer to approve the minutes of the November 1, 2022 meeting. Motion approved 5-0.
New Business:
2022 Lincoln Township Planning Commission nominations for the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary positions. Reid Duford nominated Jamie Crockett for Chairperson and was supported by David Dauer, Jamie Crockett nominated Andrew Acker for Vice Chairperson and was supported by David Dauer, and Brett Fales nominated Reid Duford for Secretary and was supported by Jamie Crockett. All motions were approved 5-0
Old Business:
William Reese Property at 2131 N. Hope Road (110-027-300-550-00). William Reese had 60 days to clean up and remove blight, trash, debris, and vehicles from the subject property, as well as repairing or removing structures that are currently in violation of the Building and Health codes. Diane Reese spoke o and stated that no significant progress was made to correct the issue. Jamie Crockett made a motion to recommend to the Lincoln Township Board Members to remove and demolish all building structures not in compliance, and all debris, blight, trash and vehicles be removed from the subject property. Andrew Acker supported the motion. Motion approved 5-0
