The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sheila Mesler, Sue Ensign and Mark Thornton were present. Reid Duford and Chris Clark were absent.
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to approve the agenda and was supported by Mark Thornton. Motion approved 3-0.
Motion by Sue Ensign and supported by Sheila Mesler to approve the minutes of the November 18, 2014 meeting. Motion approved 3-0.

The TNT Dog Center requested a Site Plan Review for 80’ x 120’ Building at 7402 West Wackerly Road
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to approve the proposed Site Plan for 80’ x 120’ building at 7402 West Wackerly Road as presented and was supported by Mark Thornton. Motion approved 3-0.
Old Business
Rob Eggers from Spicer Group in attendance to discuss Zoning Ordinances pertaining to Signs, Blight/Weeds.

No further discussion at this time.
Blight/Weeds Ordinance
Discussion on possibly amending Ordinance No. 5 Anti-Blight Ordinance to also include R1 plotted subdivisions. Sue Ensign to draft e-mail to Rob Eggers and Kevin Wray concerning possible amendment and for Rob to have a drafted copy completed before next Board Meeting on January 13th 2015.
