The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Reid Duford, Sheila Mesler, Chris Clark, Mark Thornton, and Sue Ensign were all present.
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to approve the agenda and was supported by Chris Clark. Motion approved 5-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Mark Thornton to approve the minutes of the September 18, 2012 meeting. Motion approved 5-0.
New Business: Elect new officers and set meeting dates for 2013 –
Nominations and appointments were made as follows:
- Sheila Mesler as Acting Chairperson – the nomination was supported by Chris Clark. Motion approved 5-0.
- Sue Ensign as Vice Chairperson and Main Contact Person – the nomination was supported by Reid Duford. Motion approved 5-0.
- Reid Duford as Secretary – the nomination was supported by Mark Thornton. Motion approved 5-0.
A motion was made by Sue Ensign and supported by Reid Duford to schedule the 2013 meetings at 6:30 pm on the following dates: January 7, 2013, March 19, 2013, May 21, 2013, July 16, 2013, September 17, 2013, and November 19, 2013. The motion was approved 5-0.
