The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sue Ensign, Jamie Crockett, Sheila Mesler, David Dauer, and Reid Duford were present. Andrew Acker was absent.
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by David Dauer and approved 5-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by David Dauer to approve the minutes of the November 13, 2019 meeting. Motion approved 5-0.

- 1)Elect new Officers for Planning Commission Board 2020. Sheila Mesler nominated Andrew Acker as Chairperson with support from Reid Duford. Andrew was appointed by a vote 5-0. Next, Sheila Mesler nominated Sue Ensign as Vice Chairperson with support of Reid Duford. Sue was appointed by a vote of 5-0. Lastly, Sheila Mesler nominated Reid Duford as Secretary with support from Sue Ensign. Reid was appointed by a vote of 5-0.
- 2)Sheila Mesler announced her resignation from the Planning Commission effective January 8, 2020.
