The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Jamie Crockett at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: David Dauer, Andrew Acker, Reid Duford, Jamie Crockett and new member Brad Wirtz were all present.
Reid Duford made a motion to amend and approve the agenda to correct the date of the previous meeting minutes for approval to state “November 7, 2024”.
The motion to amend and approve was supported by Jamie Crockett and approved 5-0.
A motion by David Dauer and supported by Andrew Acker to approve the minutes of the November 7, 2024 meeting.
Motion approved 5-0.
New Business:
The Commission had a discussion about ordinance language to better address storm water runoff and on-site storm water retention, Master Plan update, and other housekeeping issues. Jamie Crockett contacted Spicer Engineering for additional advice on this subject before proposing possible ordinance language changes.
