The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sheila Mesler, Sue Ensign, Andrew Acker, David Dauer, Jamie Crockett, and Reid Duford were present.
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Reid Duford and approved 6-0.
Motion by Sue Ensign and supported by David Dauer to approve the minutes of the May 15, 2018 meeting. Motion approved 6-0.

Jennifer Clawson, from the Spicer Group, led a discussion of proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and new language to be added that addresses Utility-Scale Solar equipment placement and installation. Additionally, Zoning Enforcement Officer, Steve Marker proposed changes to be made to the Zoning text with respect to parking and storage of campers, boats, trailers, and etc. in a residential district.
