The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sue Ensign, Reid Duford, Chris Clark and Sheila Mesler were present. Mark Thornton was absent
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to approve the agenda and was supported by Chris Clark. Motion approved 4-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Chris Clark to approve the minutes of the May 5, 2015 meeting. Motion approved 4-0.
Commission Comments
Sue Ensign recommended an upcoming training class about “Hot Topics in Planning & Zoning” for the Commission members to attend.

New Business
The Commission completed a site plan review for the Living Word International Church for an expansion of the sanctuary located at 2010 N Stark Rd. The Commission found no issues with the proposed site plan and granted its approval.
Old Business
Rob Eggers from the Spicer group spoke more about the sign and mining ordinances and offered his recommendations to improve the language and enforcement of these issues. Mr. Eggers will bring back a final draft for Commission review at the next scheduled meeting September 15, 2015.
