The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Susan Ensign at 6:35 pm.
Roll call was taken: Susan Ensign, Sheila Mesler, Reid Duford, and Chris Clark were all present.
A motion was made by Reid Duford to approve the agenda as presented and was supported by Chris Clark. Motion approved 4-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Chris Clark to approve the minutes of the April 6, 2010 meeting. Motion approved 4-0.
Commission Comments: Susan Ensign addressed information about new fire and burning restrictions proposed by the MDEQ. Susan Ensign also read correspondence from the City of Midland with regard to the recent annexation of the former "Hangtime" property on E Wackerly Rd
