The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Vise Chairperson Sue Ensign at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sue Ensign, David Dauer, Andrew Acker, and Reid Duford were present. Sheila Mesler and Jamie Crockett were absent.
A motion was made by David Dauer to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Reid Duford and approved 4-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by David Dauer to approve the minutes of the April 2, 2019 meeting. Motion approved 4-0.
Commission Comments
Sue Ensign announced a Planning Commission training opportunity to attend the MTA Planning and Zoning Retreat on July 9-10 in Bellaire, MI

New Business: Site plan review for Addvance Heating & Cooling. Dan Vance provided a site plan for a new pole structure to house his business, Addvance Heating & Cooling, to be constructed at 1958 Stark Road. After discussion, David Dauer made a motion to approve the site plan as provided. The motion was supported by Andrew Acker. Motion approved 4-0.
The next meeting is scheduled for August 20, 2019
