The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Reid Duford, Sheila Mesler, Chris Clark, Mark Thornton, and Sue Ensign were all present.
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to approve the agenda and was supported by Chris Clark. Motion approved 5-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Sue Ensign to approve the minutes of the January 7, 2013 meeting. Motion approved 5-0.

Rodney Nanney, AICP introduced himself to the Planning Commission and offered some insight on the topics being discussed.

Sue Ensign spoke about a letter received by the township attorney, Peter Poznak, with regard to the Right to Farm Act and further discussed in New Business

The Planning Commission had a discussion about Section 3.10 of the zoning ordinance: Animal and Fowl Other than Household Pets and PA 261 of 1999 (Michigan Right to Farm Act) in regard to an inquiry from Mr. and Mrs. Lowe, a township resident at 2401 N Stark Rd.
