The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sheila Mesler, Sue Ensign, David Dauer, Andrew Acker and Reid Duford were all present. This was the first meeting for our new member Andrew Acker.
A motion was made by Dave Dauer to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Reid Duford and approved 5-0.
Motion by Sue Ensign and supported by Dave Dauer to approve the minutes of the January 16, 2018 meeting. Motion approved 5-0.

New Business: Site plan review for Lake Net LLC to install a 150 foot tower to provide wireless internet communication to Impact Analytical located at 1940 N. Stark Rd. After discussion and review of the site plan,
Reid Duford made a motion to approve the Lake Net LLC tower site plan as submitted to the Planning Commission. The motion was supported by Dave Dauer and was approved by a vote of 5-0.
Old Business: Review of newly printed Lincoln Township Master Plan
The next meeting is scheduled for May 15, 2018
