The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Jamie Crockett at 6:30 pm.

Roll call was taken: Jamie Crockett, Brett Fales, David Dauer, and Reid Duford were present. Andrew Acker was absent.

Motion: Carried unanimously

A motion was made by Jamie Crockett to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Brett Fales and approved 4-0.

Motion: Carried unanimously

A motion by Brett Fales and supported by David Dauer to approve the minutes of the January 3, 2023 meeting. Motion approved 4-0.

William Reese Property at 2131 N. Hope Road (110-027-300-550-00) has reported progress on the property blight and trash clean up.
