New Business

Bonnie Ortman made a request for approval of a site plan to reconfigure and improve an existing non-conforming manufactured home establishment. The five parcels include 110-016-300-080-00, 110-016-300-070-00, 110-016-300-110-00, 110-016-300-120-00, and110-016-300-136-00. The property is approximately 14 acres located on the east side of M-30 north of a private drive known as East Holiday Lane and extending north around a private drive known as East Bonnie Lane.

The Planning Commission notified Ms. Ortman that her property, in its current condition, is non-conforming with the Lincoln Township Ordinance and any changes to the parcels would have to bring the property into compliance with the stated Ordinance. The Planning Commission also put Ms. Ortman on notice that any current structure removed or destroyed cannot be replaced on the stated property until ordinance compliance can be achieved.

Ms. Ortman stated she would be back at a later date after making improvements to her site plan to include more relevant detail in an effort to provide a more complete understanding of the overall final development.
