The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Jamie Crockett at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Jamie Crockett, Brett Fales, Andrew Acker, and Reid Duford were present. David Dauer was absent.
A motion was made by Andrew Acker to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Reid Duford and approved 4-0.
A motion by Brett Fales and supported by Andrew Acker to approve the minutes of the March 7, 2023 meeting. Motion approved 4-0.
New Business
A final Site Plan Review for 1085 E Saginaw Rd – Multi Unit Storage Facility – Property Developer, Rod Bauer presented the site plan to the Planning Commission for a second time. Additional information was provided that included a final engineered drainage plan.
After discussion, the Planning Commission approved the site plan with a motion to approve by Brett Fales and supported by Reid Duford. Motion approved 4-0.
