The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Reid Duford, Sheila Mesler, Mark Thornton, Chris Clark and Sue Ensign were all present.
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to approve the agenda and was supported by Chris Clark. Motion approved 5-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Sue Ensign to approve the minutes of the March 4, 2014 meeting. Motion approved 5-0.

New Business:
- 1.Rob Eggers and Dan Powers from the Spicer Group made their introduction and discussed some of the Commission current issues. The Commission discussed how the township has been struggling with enforcement issues of non-compliant signs and asked Spicer for their opinion on how to best address this issue.
- 2.Sue Ensign talked about the update on the Midland Urban Growth Area (MUGA) agreement between the City of Midland and Lincoln Township.
- 3.Robert and Cheryl Stasinski asked for advice on their proposed site plan of a mini storage complex at 426 E Saginaw Road.
Old Business:
Sue Ensign discussed the proposed example of the “Noxious Weed and Uncontrolled Plant Growth Ordinance.” The Commission will also refer to Spicer for insight and look at other townships for how they enforce the weed issue.
