The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Vice Chairperson Susan Ensign at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sue Ensign, Reid Duford and Mark Thornton were present. Chris Clark and Sheila Mesler were absent.
A motion was made by Mark Thornton to approve the agenda and supported by Reid Duford. Motion approved 3-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Mark Thornton to approve the minutes of the September 20, 2016 meeting. Motion approved 3-0.

Public Comments: None
New Business: The Commission set new dates for the 2017 Planning Commission meetings as follows; Tuesday, January 3; Tuesday, March 7; Tuesday, May 2; Tuesday, July 18; Tuesday, September 5; and Thursday, November 9. The 2017 meetings are scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Mark Thornton to approve the 2017 Planning Commission meeting dates. Motion approved 3-0.
Old Business:
Master Plan update – Rob Eggers from Spicer Group initiated a discussion and review of the Community Survey and a plan was set forward to provide the survey to the public for their input.
The next meeting is scheduled for January 3, 2017
