The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Vice Chairperson Andrew Acker at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Brett Fales, Andrew Acker and Reid Duford were present. Jamie Crockett, David Dauer were absent
A motion was made by Andrew Acker to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Brett Fales and approved 3-0.
A motion by Reid Duford and supported by Brett Fales to approve the minutes of the September 20, 2022 meeting. Motion approved 3-0.
New Business
- 1.)Site Plan Review for 1085 E Saginaw Rd – Multi Unit Storage Facility – Architect, Fred Dice presented the site plan to the Planning Commission. After discussion, the Planning Commission approved the site plan contingent upon the petitioner providing a final engineered drainage plan.
- 2.)Set the Lincoln Township Planning Commission meeting dates for calendar year 2023 as follows: Tuesday, January 3, 2023; Tuesday, March 7, 2023; Tuesday, May 2, 2023; July 18, 2023; Tuesday, September 5, 2023; Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Reid Duford made a motion to adopt the listed dates for the 2023 calendar year with meetings starting at 6:30 pm. Andrew Acker supported the motion. The motion passed 3-0.

Reid Duford started discussion about considering a review of the Commercial/Industrial zoning districts. The Planning Commission will review the current uses in the Commercial zoning districts and have further future discussions.
