The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sue Ensign, Jamie Crockett, Andrew Acker, Sheila Mesler, David Dauer, and Reid Duford were all present.
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to amend the agenda to include setting the 2020 meeting dates, under new business, and to approve the amended agenda.
The motion was supported by Reid Duford and approved 6-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Dave Dauer to approve the minutes of the August 20, 2019 meeting.
Motion approved 6-0.

New Business
- 1).Site plan review for Matt Schauman to construct 3 new metal mini-storage buildings on East Saginaw Road, next to the Old Oak Estates MHP. Tax ID: 56-110-035-300-053-00. Matt Schauman provided a detailed site plan drawing and described the project to the Planning Commission. After Planning Commission discussion and review, Reid Duford made a motion to approve the site plan as provided by Mr. Schauman. Sue Ensign supported the motion and was approved 6-0.
- 2).Set dates for 2020 Planning Commission meetings: Sue Ensign made a motion to set the 2020 Planning Commission meeting dates to be held at 6:30 pm: January 7, March 3, May 19, July 21, September 15, and December 1. The motion was supported by Reid Duford and approved 6-0.
