The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Secretary Reid Duford at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Brett Fales, Reid Duford and David Dauer were present. Jamie Crockett and Andrew Acker were absent
A motion was made by David Dauer to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Brett Fales and approved 3-0.
A motion by David Dauer and supported by Brett Fales to approve the minutes of the September 7, 2021 meeting. Motion approved 3-0.
A motion by David Dauer and supported by Brett Fales to approve the minutes of the October 5, 2021 special meeting. Motion approved 3-0.

New Business: Set 2022 Planning Commission meeting dates. The following dates were selected by the members present to be scheduled for 6:30 pm on each date for 2022: January 4, 2022; March 1, 2022; May 3, 2022; July 19, 2022; September 20, 2022, and November 1, 2022.
Reid Duford made a motion to set the listed dates for the Planning Commission 2022 meeting schedule. Dave Dauer supported the motion. The motion passed 3-0.
