The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order at 6:30 pm by Chairperson Jamie Crockett.
Roll call was taken: Reid Duford, Brad Wirtz, Andrew Acker, David Dauer and, Jamie Crockett were all present.
Andrew Acker made a motion to approve the agenda. The motion to approve was supported by David Duaer and approved 5-0.
A motion by Reid Duford and supported by Andrew Acker to approve the minutes of the September 4, 2025 meeting. Motion approved 5-0.
New Business
Planning Commission:
Set the Lincoln Township Planning Commission meeting dates for calendar year 2026 as follows: Tuesday, January 6, 2026; Tuesday, March 3, 2026; Tuesday, May 5, 2026; Tuesday, July 7, 2026; Tuesday, September 1, 2026; Thursday, November 5, 2026.
Reid Duford made a motion to adopt the listed dates for the 2026 calendar year with meetings starting at 6:30 pm. David Dauer supported the motion. The motion passed 5-0.
