The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Secretary Reid Duford at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Brett Fales, Andrew Acker, and Reid Duford were present. Jamie Crockett and David Dauer were absent.
A motion was made by Andrew Acker to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Brett Fales and approved 3-0.
A motion by Brett Fales and supported by Andrew Acker to approve the minutes of the September 5, 2023 meeting. Motion approved 3-0.
New Business: New Business: Set 2024 Planning Commission meeting dates. The following dates were selected by the members present to be scheduled for 6:30 pm on each date for 2024: January 2, 2024; March 5, 2024; May 7, 2024; July 2, 2024; September 3, 2024, and Thursday, November 7, 2024.
Reid Duford made a motion to set the listed dates for the Planning Commission 2024 meeting schedule. Andrew Acker supported the motion. The motion passed 3-0.
