The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Jamie Crockett at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Brett Fales, Andrew Acker, Reid Duford, Jamie Crockett and David Dauer were all present.
A motion was made by Andrew Acker to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Brett Fales and approved 5-0.
A motion by David Dauer and supported by Andrew Acker to approve the minutes of the September 3, 2024 meeting. Motion approved 5-0.
New Business
- 1.Set the Lincoln Township Planning Commission meeting dates for calendar year 2025 as follows: Tuesday, January 7, 2025; Tuesday, March 4, 2025; Tuesday, May 6, 2025; Tuesday, July 1, 2025; Thursday, September 4, 2025; Thursday, November 6, 2025. Reid Duford made a motion to adopt the listed dates for the 2025 calendar year with meetings starting at 6:30 pm. Andrew Acker supported the motion. The motion passed 5-0.
- 2.Discussion about ordinance language to better address storm water runoff and on-site storm water retention. Jamie Crockett will be contacting Spicer Engineering for additional advice on this subject before proposing possible ordinance language changes.
- 3.Brett Fales has been elected as the new Lincoln Township Supervisor and has announced that this is his last Planning Commission meeting for him as a Commission member. Brett will appoint his replacement for the Planning Commission at a future Township Board meeting. Congratulation Brett!!
