The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Susan Ensign at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Susan Ensign, Sheila Mesler, Reid Duford, Chris Clark, and Mark Thornton were all present.
A motion was made by Reid Duford to approve the agenda as amended and was supported by Sheila Mesler. Motion approved 5-0.
Motion by Sheila Mesler and supported by Chris Clark to approve the minutes of the June 1, 2010 meeting. Motion approved 5-0.

The Commission discussed Zoning Ordinance review.
New Business
Site Plan Review for Sanford Moose Club at 266 E Saginaw Rd for a roof only addition to the existing structure – a motion to approve the petitioner’s request was made by Sheila Mesler and supported by Reid Duford. Motion approved 5-0
Site Plan Review for Mr. Dan Wallace at 1085 E Saginaw Rd for the construction of a new pole barn structure – a motion to approve as requested was made by Sheila Mesler and supported by Chris Clark. Motion approved 5-0
