The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Jamie Crockett at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Jamie Crockett, Brett Fales, Andrew Acker, David Dauer and Reid Duford were all present.
A motion was made by David Dauer to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Brett Fales and approved 5-0.
A motion by David Dauer and supported by Brett Fales to approve the minutes of the July 18, 2023 meeting. Motion approved 5-0.
New Business: A Site Plan Review for 1911 E Airport Rd – Stevens’ Sports Center – Property Owner, Mike Stevens presented the site plan to the Planning Commission. After discussion, the Planning Commission approved the site plan with a 25’ side-yard setback,
a motion to approve by Dave Dauer and supported by Andy Acker. Motion approved 5-0.

Public Comments: Kevin King – spoke for a possible new location for the proposed Cozy Cat Café. The proposed new location at 330 E Saginaw Rd. The location meets all zoning requirements for this type of use.
