SPECIAL MEETING (Amended)
August 25, 2026
The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Jamie Crockett at 5:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Reid Duford, Jamie Crockett, Russ Mathews, and Andrew Acker were present. Brad Wirtz was absent. Note: Andrew Acker arrived shortly after the meeting commenced.
Jamie Crockett made a motion to amend and correct the parcel number under new business to be “110-028-200-050-00”and to approve the amended agenda. The motion to approve was supported by Russ Mathews and approved 3-0.
A motion by Reid Duford and supported by Russ Mathews to review and approve the minutes of the July 7, 2026. Motion approved 3-0.
New Business
Site Plan review for the proposed Post Framed Building for the Midland County Road Commission at 2334 N. Meridian Rd, Sanford, MI, 48657 - Parcel ID - 110-028-200-050-00. Mr. Kenny Johnson, representing Jonkin Builders, explained the details of the proposed project and site plan.
Jamie Crockett made a motion to approve the Site Plan as provided to the Planning Commission in the detailed site plan and Architectural drawings, Andrew Acker supported the motion. The motion was approved 4-0
