SPECIAL MEETING
July 28, 2026
The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Jamie Crockett at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Reid Duford, Jamie Crockett, Brad Wirtz, Russ Mathews, Brad Wirtz and Andrew Acker were all present.
Reid Duford made a motion to approve the agenda. The motion to approve was supported by Andrew Acker and approved 5-0.
A motion by Reid Duford and supported by Jamie Crockett to review and approve the minutes of the July 7, 2026 meeting at the next regular scheduled Planning Commission meeting on September 1, 2026. Motion approved 5-0.
New Business: Hold a Public Hearing for the review of a Special Use Permit Application for a Temporary Wireless Communication Facility at 74 E. Price Road.
Mr. Anthony Amine, representative for AT&T Mobility, explained the project and timeline for the temporary tower. There were no other public comments.
After a short discussion, the Planning Commission approved the Special Use permit with one condition that the Temporary Communications Tower be removed no later than July 28, 2027.
Reid Duford made a motion to approve the request with the removal date of July 28, 2027, Andrew Acker supported the motion. The motion was approved 5-0
