LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
March 22, 2022
The special meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the supervisor at 6:00 pm with Wray, Sczepanski, Trinklein, Crockett, and Fales, and 1 guest present.
Agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Sczepanski.
The special meeting was recessed at 6:02 pm and public hearings were held regarding the 2022/2023 fiscal year budget and truth in taxation.
The public hearings were closed at 7:00 pm and the special meeting was reopened.
Resolution to set the tax millage rate at the maximum allowed by statute was approved by roll call vote after motion by Wray and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Approved by roll call vote the 2022/2023 Lincoln Township budget after motion by Fales and second by Sczepanski. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Resolution to buy and sell real property as considered necessary was approved by roll call vote after motion by Sczepanski and second by Trinklein. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:03 pm by supervisor Wray.
