Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
April 10, 2018
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Ensign, Wray, Trinklein, Duford, Crockett, and 12 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the March 13, 2018 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The minutes of the March 15, 2018 budget workshop meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Duford.
The minutes of the March 20, 2018 special board meeting were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $27,870.64 in the general fund, $11,445.00 in the fire fund, $9,928.00 in the sanitation fund, and $403.57 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved entering into Charter Communication franchise agreement after motion by Wray and second by Crockett.
Approved attendance to MTA seminar after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Approved contracting with Spicer Group for zoning text review after motion by Trinklein and second by Ensign.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:34 pm by Supervisor Wray.
