Lincoln Township
Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
April 11, 2023
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Wray at 7:00 pm, with Fales, Sczepanski, Trinklein, Wray and 11 guests present, and Crockett absent.
The agenda was approved after motion by Sczepanski and second by Fales.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the March 14, 2023 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Fales and second by Sczepanski.
The minutes of the March 28, 2023 special meeting were approved after motion by Fales and second by Trinklein.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $17,295.70 in the general fund, $3,874.97 in the fire fund, $12,310.50 in the sanitation fund, $272.90 in the water fund, and $227.86 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Sczepanski and second by Trinklein. Crockett-absent; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved appointment of Weinland Fitzhugh as auditor for the 2022/23 fiscal year after motion by Trinklein and second by Sczepanski.
Approved drainage work on Price Rd. for the estimated amount of $10,786.20 after motion by Wray and second by Fales.
Approved attendance to MTA seminar on zoning after motion by Wray and second by Sczepanski.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:48 pm by Supervisor Wray.
