Board Meeting Minutes (Proposed)
April 12, 2011
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Ensign, Crockett, Oswald and Trinklein present, and 13 guests.
The agenda was approved after motion by Oswald and second by Crockett.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the March 8, 2011 regular board meeting, March 15, 2011 budget workshop, and March 22, 2011 special meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $36,784.86 in the general fund, $1,202.85 in the fire fund, $167.79 in the liquor fund, $8,241.90 in the sanitation fund, and $4,056.25 in the water fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Oswald. The fire department, planning committee, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and solid waste reports were heard.

Approved township hall/fire state lighting replacement program proposal from Valley Electric after motion by Crockett and second by Oswald.
Approved attendance to MTA seminar after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
