Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
April 12, 2022
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Crockett, Fales, Sczepanski, Trinklein and 10 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Sczepanski.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the March 8, 2022 regular board meeting and March 22, 2022 special meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Fales.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $28,857.72 in the general fund, $5,225.03 in the fire fund, $11,440.50 in the sanitation fund, and $213.81 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Sczepanski and second by Fales. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Discussed building addition and insurance renewal.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm by Supervisor Wray.
