Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
April 13, 2021
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Sczepanski, Fales, Crockett and 9 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Fales.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the March 9, 2021 regular board meeting and March 23, 2021 special board meeting were approved after motion by Sczepanski and second by Crockett.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $26,208.65 in the general fund, $1,827.91 in the fire fund, $10,986.36 in the sanitation fund, and $237.40 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Fales. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved quote of generator purchase and installation from O’Keefe Electric in the amount of $8,650 after motion by Wray and second by Fales.
Approved paying for road work on Retreat, Brink, and Antique out of special assessment account after motion by Wray and second by Sczepanski.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:43 pm by Supervisor Wray.
