LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES
April 14, 2009
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Oswald, Ensign, Crockett, and Trinklein present, with 12 guests.
The agenda was approved with addition of approval of March 17, 2009 and March 24, 2009 minutes after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the March 10, 2009 regular board meeting, March 17, 2009 budget workshop meeting, and March 24, 2009 public hearing were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $26,263.50 in the general fund, $2,509.73 in the fire fund, $157.59 in the liquor fund, $18,912.55 in the sanitation fund, and $5,086.25 in the water fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Oswald. Ensign-yes; Oswald-yes; Crockett-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning committee, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and sold waste reports were heard.
Set public hearing for May 12, 2009 at 7:00 pm for Virginia Drive Industrial Development District and Plant Rehabilitation District after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.
Motion was made be Oswald to award lawn care provider services to Laskape. Motion died with no second.
Approved Bill Brief as lawn care provided after motion by Trinklein and second by Crockett.
Approved attendance at MTA seminars after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:36 pm by Supervisor Wray.
