Board Meeting Minutes (proposed)
April 14, 2015
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Crockett absent, and Thornton, Ensign, Wray, and Trinklein, and 12 guests present.
The agenda as amended was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the March 10, 2015 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Thornton and second by Trinklein.
The minutes of the March 24, 2015 special board meeting were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $27,382.53 in the general fund, $1,301.07 in the fire fund, $194.55 in the liquor fund, and $9,065.12 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Thornton and second by Ensign. The fire department, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, parks committee, and solid waste reports were heard.
