April 14, 2020
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order through a teleconference (as allowed by the Governor of Michigan Executive Order 2020-15) by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Duford, Ensign, Crockett and 4 guests present.
The agenda was approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the March 10, 2020 regular board meeting, March 17, 2020 budget workshop, and March 24, 2020 special board meeting were approved by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $30,716.16 in the general fund, $11,999.60 in the fire fund, $10,581.06 in the sanitation fund, and $210.21 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign. The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
