Board Meeting Minutes
April 14th, 2026
UNAPPROVED
Meeting called to order at 7:00pm with partial board present and eight guests present. Wilson absent.
Agenda was approved after motion by, Wirtz and second by Oswald
Public comment held and correspondence was read
Minutes of March 10th Regular Meeting motion by Oswald and second by Wirtz & March 24th Budget and Truth & Taxation Meeting were approved after motion by Oswald and second by Wirtz
Treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills for the general fund, the fire fund, the sanitation fund, and the liquor fund were read and approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Fales and second by Wirtz. Wirtz-Yes; Oswald-Yes, Fales-Yes; Merideth; Yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.

Presented resignation letter from Clerk Barb Wilson dated 4-1-26. Unanimously approved.
Presented and appointed new Clerk Steve King, and Deputy Clerk Brooke King. Steve King will be removed from Board of Review. Unanimously approved.
Approved removal of former Clerk Barb Wilson from Lincoln Township accounts as signer.
Approved addition of new Clerk Steve King to Lincoln Township accounts as signer.
Presented and appointed replacement Planning Commission Member , Russ Matthews. Unanimously approved.
Discussed Hall Rental Administrator wages raise, unanimously approved.
