Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
April 16, 2019
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Duford, Ensign, Crockett, and 8 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the March 12, 2019 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Duford.
The minutes of the March 19, 2019 budget workshop meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The minutes of the March 21, 2019 special meeting were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $40,752.34 in the general fund, $2,062.22 in the fire fund, $10,225.50 in the sanitation fund, and $204.85 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved change in estimate for 5 Mile Rd. from Road Commission after motion by Trinklein and second by Duford.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:24 pm by Supervisor Wray.
