Board Meeting Minutes (proposed)
April 8, 2014
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Ensign, Trinklein, Crockett, Thornton, and 12 guests present.
The agenda was approved with additions and corrections after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the March 11, 2014 regular board meeting, March 18, 2014 budget workshop, and March 25, 2014 special meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $31,092.96 in the general fund, $1,308.57 in the fire fund, $191.34 in the liquor fund, and $8,760.72 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton. The fire department, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, parks committee, and solid waste reports were heard.

Approved private road maintenance agreement for Brink, Retreat, and Antique Drives after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
Approved payoff of fire engine loan with Members First Credit Union of approximately $43,400 after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Approved attendance to MTA seminar after motion by Thornton and second by Crockett.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:55pm by Supervisor Wray.
