Board Meeting Minutes (proposed)
April 9, 2013
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Ensign, Trinklein, Thornton, and 15 guests present, with Crockett absent.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Trinklein.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the March 12, 2013 regular board meeting, March 19, 2013 budget workshop, and March 26, 2013 special meeting were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $28,488.76 in the general fund, $2,235.24 in the fire fund, $188.19 in the liquor fund, $1,000.00 in the water fund, and $8,447.04 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Thornton and second by Ensign. Crockett-absent; Thornton-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, solid waste, and township parks reports were heard.
Approved attendance to MTA seminars after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
Approved entering into contract with Keyes Trenching for the Stark Road water main extension contract in the amount of $179,580 after motion by Wray and second by Ensign.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:47 pm by Supervisor Wray.
