Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
August 10, 2021
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Sczepanski, Fales, Crockett and 12 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Trinklein and second by Crockett.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the July 13, 2021 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Sczepanski.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $16,471.37 in the general fund, $1,871.98 in the fire fund, $13,344.99 in the sanitation fund, $13,296.98 in the water fund, and $213.81 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Sczepanski and second by Fales. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Discussed and received demonstration of website redesign. Discussed restroom renovations and grant opportunities.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:07 pm by Supervisor Wray.
