Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
August 11, 2020
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Duford, Crockett and 12 guests present, with Ensign absent.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Duford.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the July 14, 2020 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Duford.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $20,284.06 in the general fund, $2,349.82 in the fire fund, $17,724.71 in the sanitation fund, $13,019.80 in the water fund, and $197.39 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Duford and second by Crockett.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
2019/20 audit presentation was given by Weinlander Fitzhugh.
Approved unanimously by roll call vote a resolution placing a 1.0 millage request for improvements and maintenance of roads and road ditches on the November general election ballot after motion by Duford and second by Trinklein.
Approved setting up automatic deposits of employee checks through Members First Credit Union after motion by Wray and second by Crockett.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:07 pm by Supervisor Wray.
